Reaction Dynamics Lab

  • Led with CEO the fundraising, marketing, and external relations efforts.
  • Initiated audit process for a qualifying transaction.
  • Managed government grants, SR&ED process.
  • Obtained multi-million dollar grants and funding to sustain company operations.
  • Oversight over the accounting process and cash-flow management.
  • Managed company day-to-day finances

  • Completed legal restructuring of company, including a complete overhaul of the share structure.
  • Produced marketing material for the company’s fundraising process (Investor deck, Business plan, etc.)
  • Restructured the company’s record keeping, accounting system, & purchase process.
  • Handled all of the company’s accounting duties, throughout the whole cycle.
  • Prepared and submitted detailed monthly financial and activity reports to government agencies.

FONEX Data Systems

  • Conception and deployment of software solutions for production optimization and tracking of production items. Improved production time by several minutes/item (equivalent to ~20% of total production time).
  • Identified potential solutions and architectures for company-wide ERP overhaul.

Other Experiences

Oronos Polytechnique

Oronos is a student group at Polytechnique Montreal that designs, builds and launches rocket engines and sounding rockets reaching up to 30,000 feet.

  • Served as Technical Lead and Aerostructures Lead
  • Led a team of 20+ engineers in training through the conception and fabrication of two sounding rockets propelled by a student-made hybrid engine. 
  • Led the development of the team’s first supersonic hybrid rocket, aiming to break altitude records for this type of engine at the competition.
  • Systems engineering, stability and performance criteria optimization, subsystem integration.
  • Data acquisition during engine test fires
  • Conception of electronic interfaces for the remote fuelling of the team’s hybrid engine

  • 1st place in Spaceport America’s 10,000 ft. Hybrid/Liquid Category

Montreal Student Space Associations

The MSSA is a group of space-related associations throughout the greater Montreal area, founded in 2017 by Concordia and McGill space enthusiasts.

Organized and ran several successful events in 2018:

  • The Montreal Space Symposium 2018 (18-19 Oct)
  • The NASA International Space Apps Challenge in Montreal, in collaboration with the Canadian Space Agency (19-21 Oct)

As well as several outreach events targetting industry and students of all ages.

Co-founded the MSSA and organized with a small team of students the first Montreal Space Symposium, with over 350 attendees, 48 speakers including governmental, large corporation and academic participation.

Space Concordia

  • Handled the team’s sponsorship process.
  • Created promotional material.
  • Restructured the association to access new financing opportunities, and enhance the students’ opportunities for experimentation and leadership.
  • Participated in the 2017 Intercollegiate Rocket Engineering Competition – 14th place in the 10,000 ft. Solid COTS category
  • Worked on the conception of the rocket that won 1st place in the 30,000 ft. Solid COTS category in 2018
